摘 要:在真空灭弧室中,真空间隙和瓷壳沿面是2个并联的绝缘系统,任何一个发生击穿,都会导致真空灭弧室绝缘失效。真空灭弧室瓷壳沿面场强的大小是影响真空灭弧室绝缘的主要因素之一。对此,仿真分析真空灭弧室瓷壳沿面场强,以确定屏蔽罩的最佳尺寸。通过电场仿真分析,得到72.5 kV真空灭弧室用屏蔽罩零件的最佳尺寸为:端屏蔽罩长度为53 mm,端屏蔽罩端部卷边直径为105 mm,主屏蔽罩长度为208 mm,主屏蔽罩端部卷边直径为114 mm。应用ANSYS仿真软件对72.5 kV真空灭弧室进行电场仿真优化分析,并对其在不同开距下进行工频耐受电压和雷电冲击耐受电压测试。由绝缘试验结果可知,优化设计的72.5 kV真空灭弧室在37 mm开距时工频耐受电压为230 kV,雷电冲击耐受电压为±600 kV,远高于同规格产品的绝缘水平。In the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber,the vacuum gap and the ceramic shell surface are two paralleled insulation systems,that is to say,anyone of these two systems breaks down,the insulation of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber fails.The surface field strength of the ceramic shell is one of the main factors affecting the insulation of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber.Therefore,this paper carries out simulation analysis of the ceramic shell surface field strength to determine the best sizes of the shield.It obtains the best sizes of the components of the shield of 72.5 kV vacuum arc extinguishing chamber:the length of the end shield is 53 mm,the end edge diameter is 105 mm,the length of the main shield is 208 mm,and the end edge diameter of the main shield is 114 mm.The paper also uses ANSYS software to make an optimization analysis of the electric field of 72.5 kV vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and test the power frequency withstand voltage and lightning impulse withstand voltage under different distances.The insulation test results show that the power frequency withstand voltage is 230 kV and the lightning impulse withstand voltage is±600 kV,which is much higher than the insulation level of the same specification products when the optimized 72.5 kV vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is 37 mm apart.
