摘 要:为研究龙门换流站特高压柔性直流阀厅不同空调送回风方案下的温度场、风速场分布,明确特高压柔性直流阀厅的空调系统送回风方案,采用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)数值模拟软件Fluent对比下送上回和侧送下回2种送回风方案,对阀厅内的气流组织进行模拟分析。通过对特征截面温度场和风速场的分析,发现采用下送上回式方案,阀厅温度场、风速场更为均匀,能最为有效地降低发热阀体表面温度;因此,对于特高压柔性直流阀厅空调系统,采用下送上回空调送回风方案更为合理。特高压柔性直流高端阀厅项目建筑体量大、内部设备发热量大,采用CFD软件进行数值模拟,有助于提前判断空调方案气流组织、降温程度的优劣,从而指导空调气流组织设计,为类似工程空调系统设计提供参考。In order to study the distribution of temperature field and wind velocity field under different air conditioning return air schemes in the VSC-UHVDC valve hall of the Longmen converter station,and determine the better air returning scheme of the air conditioning system of the VSC-UHVDC valve hall,this paper uses the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software Fluent to compare the two air returning schemes of bottom send upper return and side send bottom return.It also analyzes the airflow organization in the valve hall by simulation.Through the analysis of the temperature field and wind velocity field of the characteristic cross section,it is found that the temperature field and wind velocity field of the valve hall are more uniform by adopting the bottom send and upper return scheme,which can reduce the surface temperature of the heating valve body most effectively.For the VSC-UHVDC valve hall air conditioning system,it is more reasonable to adopt the scheme of sending back air from the bottom to the top of the air conditioner.The VSC-UHVDC valve hall project has a large volume of buildings and a large calorific value of internal equipment.The CFD software can help to judge the air flow organization and cooling degree of air conditioning scheme in advance,which is useful to guide the air flow organization design of air conditioning and provide reference for the design of air conditioning system in similar projects.
