摘 要:本文利用光学金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和力学性能检测设备对变质前后的中铬铸铁Cr6的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,变质处理细化了Cr6的基体组织,消除了粗大的树枝晶,改善了碳化物的形态与分布。力学性能方面,与变质前相比,变质处理后Cr6的硬度和冲击韧性分别提高了5.5%和22.7%,达到了57.3 HRC和4.86 J/cm2,耐磨性提高了8%。但是变质处理后的抗拉强度为979.02 MPa,明显低于变质前的1 192.85 MPa。This paper studies the microscopic structure and mechanical properties of the medium chromium cast iron Cr6 before and after the modification by means of the OM,SEM and mechanical property testing equipment. The results show that the matrix microscopic structure can be refined,the large dendrite can be eliminated,and the morphology and distribution of carbides can be improved after the modification. In terms of mechanical properties,compared with the medium chromium cast iron Cr6 before the modification,its hardness and impact toughness have increased by 5. 5% and 22. 7% respectively after the modification,reaching 57. 3 HRC and 4. 86 J/cm2. Besides,the wear resistance has increased by 8%. However,the tensile strength after modification is 979. 02 MPa,which is significantly lower than that of 1 192. 85 MPa before the modification.
