摘　　要：在油田开采原油过程中,掌握实时的油、气、水三相的流量,不仅为油田制定和调整开采方案、优化生产参数提供了重要依据,而且对于油田的生产管理、油气集输、延长油气井寿命、提高采收率等都具有重要意义。目前,针对三相流量计在多井间倒井计量系统环节多操作繁琐、自动化程度低的问题,本文提出了一种三相流量计自动倒井一体化装置。该装置不仅可以实时采集流量数据并上报中控室,而且可以实现井场多口油井间的自动倒井计量,并将计量的每口油井数据上报中控室,从而实现计量间的自动化无人值守,提高生产效率。In the process of oil production, the real-time flow of oil, gas and water not only provides an important basis for the formulation and adjustment of the production plan and the optimization of production parameters, but also has great significance for the production management, oil and gas gathering and transportation, prolonging the life of oil and gas wells and improving oil recovery. At present, aiming at the problems of many links, complicated operation and low degree of automation of three-phase flowmeter in multi-well metering system, this paper proposes a three-phase flowmeter automatic switch well integration device. The device can not only collect the flow data in real time and report to central control room, but also realize the automatic switch well metering among multiple wells on the well site, and report the measured data of each well to central control room, so as to realize the automatic unattended metering room and improve the production efficiency.
