新时代增强大学生团员意识的探索与思考

摘　　要：团员意识是指共青团员在观念上自觉形成的区别于一般青年的先进意识,是支撑大学生团员成长和发展的精神动力和重要支柱。通过对H大学等几所高校大学生团员意识现状的调查显示,新时代大学生团员意识主流是好的,但也存在身份意识较为淡薄、模范意识不突出、主体意识不强等问题,在此基础上,深刻剖析了大学生团员意识薄弱的多种原因,提出了加强思想引领、创新活动形式、宣传先进典型、加大监管力度等增强新时代大学生团员意识的一系列路径和对策。League member consciousness refers to the advanced consciousness consciously formed by the Communist Youth League members,which is different from the general youth.It is composed of spiritual driving force and important pillar to support the growth and development of college students’League members.Through the investigation of the current situation of college students’League member consciousness in several universities such as H University,it shows that the mainstream of college students’League member consciousness in the new era is good,but there are also some problems,such as weak identity consciousness,weak model consciousness and weak subject consciousness.On this basis,this paper deeply analyzes various reasons for the weak consciousness of college students’League members,and puts forward a series of paths and countermeasures to enhance the consciousness of college students’League members in the new era,such as strengthening ideological guidance,innovating activity forms,publicizing advanced models and strengthening supervision.
