摘 要:【目的】研究自毒物质邻苯二甲酸与肉桂酸对沙芥(Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaertn.)和斧形沙芥(Pugionium dolabratum Maxim.)幼苗生长及保护酶活性的影响,为沙芥属植物自毒机理研究提供依据。【方法】以沙芥和斧形沙芥幼苗为试验材料,分别用0(对照),0.01,0.1,1和10 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸与肉桂酸溶液进行处理,观测生长指标(叶和根的长度及其干、鲜质量)和抗氧化指标(过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量)的变化。【结果】邻苯二甲酸、肉桂酸对沙芥幼苗生长的影响均为低浓度促进高浓度抑制,与对照相比,0.01 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸处理沙芥根长显著增加,0.01 mmol/L肉桂酸处理沙芥叶长、根长、根鲜质量和叶干质量均增加。不同浓度邻苯二甲酸、肉桂酸处理斧形沙芥生长均受到抑制。0.1 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸处理沙芥叶、根SOD活性均高于对照,0.01 mmol/L肉桂酸处理沙芥叶SOD活性高于对照。0.1 mmol/L肉桂酸处理沙芥根SOD活性高于对照。邻苯二甲酸处理斧形沙芥叶SOD活性梯度下降,0.1 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸处理斧形沙芥根SOD活性高于对照。肉桂酸处理斧形沙芥叶、根SOD活性均梯度下降。0.01 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸、肉桂酸处理沙芥属植物体内POD、CAT活性均高于对照,而后随处理浓度的增大而逐渐下降。MDA含量随处理浓度的增大而增加,在10 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸和肉桂酸处理下沙芥和斧形沙芥叶、根MDA含量均升高。【结论】邻苯二甲酸、肉桂酸对沙芥生长表现为低促高抑,0.01 mmol/L促进生长,浓度升高则抑制生长;对斧形沙芥的生长均表现为抑制作用。邻苯二甲酸、肉桂酸对保护酶活性均表现为低促高抑,且邻苯二甲酸的抑制作用更强。【Objective】This study clarified the effect of phthalic acid and cinnamic acid on growth and protective enzyme activities of Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaertn.and Pugionium dolabratum Maxim to provide basis for researching autotoxicity of Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaertn.【Method】Seedlings of Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaertn.and Pugionium dolabratum Maxim.were irrigated with phthalic acid and cinnamic acid at concentrations of 0(CK),0.01,0.1,1 and 10 mmol/L and the changes in growth indexes(leaf length,root length,leaf fresh weight,ground fresh weight,dry leaf weight and root dry weight),protective enzyme activities(POD,SOD and CAT)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content were observed and analyzed.【Result】The growth of Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaertn.seedlings was promoted under low concentration and inhibited under high concentration of phthalic acid and cinnamic acid.The root length was significantly increased by 0.01 mmol/L phthalic acid,and leaf length,root length,root fresh quality and dry leaf quality were increased significantly by 0.01 mmol/L cinnamic acid.Growth of Pugionium dolabratum Maxim.was inhibited by both phthalic acid and cinnamic acid.Activity of SOD in the leaves and roots of Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaertn.treated with 0.1 mmol/L phthalic acid higher was than the control,and SOD activity of Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaertn.leaves was higher than the control with 0.01 mmol/L cinnamic acid.SOD activity of Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaertn.roots treated with 0.1 mmol/L cinnamic acid was higher than that of the control.SOD activity in leaves of Pugionium dolabratum Maxim.treated with phthalic acid decreased gradually,and SOD activity in roots of Pugionium dolabratum Maxim.treated with 0.1 mmol/L phthalic acid was higher than that of control.SOD activity in leaves and roots of Pugionium dolabratum Maxim.decreased gradually with increasing cinnamic acid.Activities of POD and CAT of Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaertn.and Pugionium dolabratum Maxim.treated with 0.01 mmol/L phthalic acid and cinnamic acid were higher than the contro
