摘  要:为缩短直流断路器灭弧时间,增强灭弧性能,选用能够增加灭弧能力的纯铁材料和镀锌工艺,采用V形对称双列布置金属栅片,增加导弧板和电弧与栅片的接触数量,优化灭弧室结构;并选取灭弧栅的3个栅片倾斜角度,运用Fluent模块进行燃弧阶段灭弧室气流场仿真,通过设置不同入口流速分布分析灭弧室内气流场分布情况,确定45°为最优的灭弧栅片倾斜角度,完成轨道交通用直流断路器灭弧室的优化设计。仿真结果表明,优化后的直流断路器灭弧室,可使电弧更加快速充分地与灭弧栅片接触,缩短燃弧时间,提高分断性能,改善灭弧效果。To shorten arc extinguishing time and enhance arc extinguishing performance of DC circuit breaker,pure iron materials and galvanizing process with extinguishing-enhancing ca pacity is selected,V-shaped symmetrical double row metal grid adopted to increase the contact between arc guide plate and arc and grid so that the structure of arc extinguishing chamber is optimized.Three tilt angles of arc extinguishing grid are selected,and the fluent module is used to simulate the air flow field in the arc extinguishing chamber in the arc burning stage.The air flow field distributions in the arc extinguishing chamber are then analyzed at different inlet velocity distributions,and 45°proves to be the optimal arc extinguishing grid inclination angle.The optimal design of arc extinguishing chamber of DC circuit breaker for rail transit is thus completed.The simulation results show that the optimized arc extinguishing chamber of DC circuit breaker makes quicker and fuller arc contact with the arc extinguishing grid that shortens the arc burning time and improves the breaking performance and in turns the arc extinguishing effect.
