摘  要:某电厂1号机组5号瓦轴振呈周期性波动并有逐渐发散的趋势,该异常情况严重影响机组的安全运行。通过对汽轮机振动在线监测系统记录的振动倍频及DCS系统中的振动历史曲线图进行分析,判断其主要是由汽轮机转子局部发生轻微摩擦导致。在机组停运后对相应位置进行了翻瓦检查,确认密封瓦、挡油环与大轴碰磨导致5号瓦轴振偏大。通过采取对应的检修措施,使设备恢复正常。The shaft vibration of No.5 bearing of No.1 unit in a power plant fluctuates periodically and tends to diverge gradually.Such an abnormal condition seriously affects the safe operation of the unit.By analyzing the vibration frequency doubling recorded by the steam turbine vibration online monitoring system and the vibration history curve in DCS system,it is judged that it is mainly caused by local slight friction of steam turbine rotor.After the shutdown of the unit,the bearing turnover inspection was carried out at the corresponding positions to confirm that the shaft vibration of No.5 bearing was too large due to the collision and wearing between the sealing bearing,oil retaining ring and the main shaft.The equipment has been restored normally by taking corresponding maintenance measures.
