浅议梳棉机回转盖板使用维修的基础工作

摘　　要：为提高梳棉机对纤维的梳理质量,分析安装在梳棉机曲轨、大墙板、机架上的回转盖板与锡林间隔距及其运行状态;在梳棉机上安装回转盖板时首先应做好机架水平,再确保大墙板和曲轨精准安装,还应做好盖板骨架大平面和踵趾面的修正,正确包覆弹性盖板针布并达到质量标准。指出:回转盖板—锡林隔距是通过调节曲轨各个托脚以实现,采用小踵趾差盖板可减少棉结与杂质,提高成纱条干均匀度,减少粗细节。In order to improve the fiber carding quality of carding machine,the distance between rotary plate and cylinder on curved rail,big wallboard and frame of carding machine and its running state are analyzed.When the rotary plate is installed on the carding machine,the level of the frame should be done first,and then the precise installation of the big wallboard and the curve rail should be ensured.In addition,the big plane as well as the heel and toe surface of the plate frameworks should be corrected,and the carding clothing of the flexible plate should be covered correctly and the quality standards should be met.It is pointed out that the distance between the rotary plate and cylinder can be realized by adjusting each leg of the curve rail,and the use of the small heel and toe difference cover plate can reduce the knot and impurity,improve the evenness of the yarn,and reduce the slubs and fine ends.
