摘　　要：为了提高精梳条质量,分析SFA1268A型棉精梳机在使用过程中出现的棉网状态不良、破边或云斑,影响机台正常运行和精梳条质量问题,在牵伸区出现积聚短绒、若不及时清洁带入精梳条形成有害疵点问题;探讨精梳落率测试与实际落率数据不相符问题的成因及解决措施。实践表明:确保良好的棉网状态、适宜的温湿度、胶辊清洁、落棉吸风通道通畅以及制作新落棉框,可精细控制精梳落率和精梳指标。In order to improve the quality of combed sliver,the problems in use the cotton comber SFA1268A are analyzed that bad condition,broken selvedge or cloudy of cotton fleece affect the normal operation of the machine and the quality of combed sliver,and the accumulation of short fiber in the drafting area is not cleaned in time and brings the combed sliver to form harmful defects;the causes and solutions are discussed that the measured waste percentage is inconsistent with the actual waste percentage.Practice shows that combing waste percentage and combing index can be controlled precisely by ensuring good condition of cotton fleece,suitable temperature and humidity,cleaning cots,unobstructed suction passage of cotton fleece and making new combing frame.
