摘　　要：为充分利用棉纺辅机,介绍乌斯特条干均匀度仪、磨针布机、气动套压胶辊机及全自动磨胶辊机等棉纺辅机的特点、功能、应用效果,并探讨其未来发展方向。指出:应重视辅机的应用、保养和管理,更好发挥其在分析纱线各项指标、更好使用梳理和牵伸器材、稳定提高纺纱质量,以及对生产提供可靠数据支撑等方面的作用;针对用户提高工作效率、减轻劳动强度、减少用工的需求,棉纺辅机的结构、技术、配置和操作等将向更快、更智能、更全面、更简便方向发展。In order to make full use of auxiliary machines for cotton spinning,the characteristics,functions and application effects of cotton spinning auxiliary machines such as Uster eveness tester,card clothing grinding machine,pneumatic cot sleeve compressor and automatic cot grinding machine are introduced,and their future development direction is discussed.It is pointed out that attention should be paid to the application,maintenance and management of the auxiliary machines,to better play its role in analysis of the yarn index,better use carding and drafting accessories,steady improving the spinning quality and providing reliable data support for production.According to user requirements of improving work efficiency,reducing labor intensity and reducing labor,the structure,technology,configuration,operation and other aspects of cotton spinning auxiliary machines will develop to the direction of faster,more intelligent,more comprehensive and more simple.
