应用新型纺纱器材提升C 14.5 tex品种成纱质量

摘　　要：为充分发挥新型纺纱器材优势,提高纺纱质量,介绍普通碳纤上销、压力棒上销、压力棒隔距块、加长上销的纺纱原理及特点,通过对不同纺纱器材及工艺进行成纱质量对比、正交试验、络筒切疵验证等,优选新型器材、优化纺纱工艺。结果表明:罗拉隔距为18.5 mm×30 mm、加长上销+3.0 mm、后区牵伸倍数为1.21的工艺配置,成纱质量能达到2013 Uster公报25%质量水平,机台生活稳定,且络筒切疵棉结、短粗以及总切疵数明显减少,利于络筒效率提升;新型纺纱器材的使用推广须与纺纱原料、工艺相结合,方可发挥其最大优势。In order to give full play to the new spinning accessories advantages,and improve yarn quality,the spinning principle and characteristics of carbon fiber top cradle,top cradle with pressure bar,pressure bar spacer and extended top cradle are introduced,and new spinning accessories and spinning process are optimized through yarn quality comparison,orthogonal test and the winding cutting defects validation.The results show that the process configuration of 18.5 mm×30 mm roller gauge,+3.0 mm extended top cradle and 1.21 draft ratio in the back zone can achieve 25%quality level of 2013 Uster bulletin,and the machine life is stable.Moreover,the number of neps,short slubs and total cut defects of winder cutting faults are significantly reduced,which is good for improving winding efficiency.The use and promotion of new spinning accessories must be combined with spinning materials and process in order to give full play to its advantages.
