摘  要:为了提高筒纱质量,通过跟踪筒纱回倒10万m纱疵及断头数量,详细介绍电容式USTER电子清纱器及自动络筒机的工艺设定和使用维护。通过对ESPERO型自动络筒机工艺不合格项目进行排查和优化,指出:电子清纱器工艺设定应根据纱线实际质量和客户要求进行,应做好电清的日常清洁及维修,双纱清除率要达到100%;络筒机做好车头操作界面、设备运转件及自络各部位压力的设定及检查,在络纱速度不大于1200 r/min时,筒纱张力以回倒时不粘连、不脱圈为标准,保证大吸嘴不漏风、大吸嘴和槽筒保护罩间隔距为3 mm~5 mm,主机负压真空度不低于-0.4 MPa;一次最多连续打结数宜偏小掌握,可使自动筒纱断头数量明显下降、筒纱质量有效提升。To improve cheese yarn quality,the process setting,use and maintenance of the capacitive Uster electronic yarn cleaner and automatic winder are introduced in detail by tracking the number of defects and broken ends of 100 km of cheese yarn rewounding.Through the investigation and optimization of the process unqualified items of the automatic winder ESPERO,it is pointed out that the process setting of electronic yarn cleaner should be carried out according to the actual yarn quality and customer requirements,the daily cleaning and maintenance of electronic yarn cleaner should be done well,and the double yarn clearance rate should reach 100%.The setting and inspection of the operating interface,the operating parts of the equipments and the pressure of all parts of the winder should be done well.When the winding speed is not more than 1200 r/min,the tension of cheese yarn shall be based on the standard of non-adhesion and non-shelling during rewinding,so as to ensure that the large suction nozzle have no air leakage,the distance between the large suction nozzle and the protective cover of the grooved drum shall be 3 mm~5 mm,and the negative pressure vacuum of the main engine shall not be less than-0.4 MPa.If the maximum number of continuous knots at one time is small,the number of broken ends of cheese can be reduced and the cheese quality can be improved significantly.
