摘  要:为提高集聚纺石墨烯纤维的成纱质量,根据不同纤维性能差异,阐述石墨烯纤维与精梳棉、涤纶混纺的主要工艺流程和工艺设计要点。指出:石墨烯纤维纱线毛羽少、强力高,含有石墨烯纤维的产品市场应用前景广阔;混纺用石墨烯纤维要进行预开松,清花、梳棉工序采用大隔距、慢速度,并条工序采用3道混合,粗细纱兼顾牵伸和纤维抱合,络筒工序注意络纱速度控制,并充分利用电子清纱器对纱疵进行把控,确保产品兼顾纯棉织物的舒适性和混纺纤维织物的挺括性。In order to improve the yarn quality of graphene fiber of compact spinning,according to the properties of different fibers,the main process and design points of blending graphene fibers with combed cotton and polyester are described.It is pointed out that the yarn of graphene fiber has less hairness and high strength,and the products containing graphene fibers have a wide market application prospect.The graphene fibers used for blending need to be pre-loosened,large gauge and slow speed are used in the process of cleaning and carding,the drawing process adopts three steps for blending,roving and spinning should take into account both drafting and fiber cohesion,winding speed control should be payed attention to in winding process,and electronic yarn cleaner should be fully used to control yarn defects,so as to ensure the comfort of fure cotton fabric and stiffness of fabric of blended fiber.
