摘  要:为了满足对工作压力35 MPa以上油气井井口闸阀或管柱实施钻孔的井口隐患治理需求,解决35 MPa以上带压钻孔治理的老井及隐患井带压钻孔装置性能不足的难题,在井口带压状态下利用带压钻孔装置对有压力的油气井井口闸阀或管柱实施钻孔,建立泄压式循环通道的井口隐患治理技术。以带压钻孔装置核心参数和部件为研究对象,进行了装置设计与校核,研制出了70 MPa带压钻孔装置。研究结果表明:①该装置额定工作压力达到70 MPa,进给方式采用螺纹加压,较之于以往液缸加压的带压钻孔方式极大地提高了钻孔的稳定性和效率,并延长了钻头使用寿命;②设计的密封抱箍采用弧面浮动井压助封的密封结构,静密封压力达到70 MPa,解决了管柱曲面高压密封问题;③钻杆采用镀铬处理,增加小钻杆表面光洁度,提高钻杆及密封件使用寿命,解决了钻杆高压动密封问题;④该装置已在川渝、长庆区域推广应用31井次,最高作业压力42.8 MPa,治理了大批井内压力不明的井口,应用效果显著。结论认为,该装置能满足高压气井带压钻孔需要,极大提升了国内带压钻孔技术服务能力。In order to solve hidden wellhead problems existing in many wells with the pressure over 35 MPa by tapping wellhead gate valve or string and improve the performance of hot tapping device used for old or hidden trouble wells with the pressure over 35 MPa,a technology to treat hidden wellhead trouble was developed to tap the wellhead gate valve or string by means of a hot tapping device under wellhead pressure to establish a blowdown circulation channel.Then,taking core parameters and parts of hot tapping device as examples,the device design and check were carried out and eventually another hot tapping device under the pressure of 70 MPa was developed.Results show that(1)with the working pressure rating of 70 MPa,this device adopts the feed mode of thread pressurization.Compared with another hot tapping mode of hydraulic cylinder pressurization,it may increase tapping stability and efficiency greatly and prolong bit's service life;(2)the designed sealing hoop adopts seal structure assisted by arc floating well pressure,and its static sealing pressure is up to 70 MPa,so it can solve some high-pressure sealing problems on the curved surface of string;(3)chromate treatment has been applied to drill pipe,which may increase the surface smoothness of macaroni pipe and the service life of drill pipe sand sealing element,and realize the high-pressure dynamic sealing;and(4)from its application to 31 well times in Sichuan-Chongqing area and Changqing area,the maximum operating pressure is 42.8 MPa.A number of wellheads with unconfirmed hole pressure can be treated very well,a remarkable effect has been achieved.In conclusion,this device can realize the hot tapping for high-pressure gas wells and significantly improve the service capacity of domestic hot tapping technology.
