摘  要:为了提高多层系气藏纵向上地质储量动用程度、明晰各层系单储系数、指导气田开发井位部署,以中国西部某致密气田为例,从经济效益的角度,基于建井投资、生产指标以及运营数据,采用动态法评价内部收益率为6%时对应的最低经济可采储量,并结合研究区开发井网、采收率等资料,开展多层系气藏有效储层厚度经济界限研究,评价不同层系效益开发的界限值。研究结果表明:①最低经济可采储量主要受建井投资、销售气价以及生产成本的影响,与投资、成本成正相关,与气价成负相关;②采用直井“多层合采”更能增加单井储量动用程度,在目前的经济技术条件下,直井开发的有效储层厚度界限值为7.4 m,水平井开的有效储层厚度界限值为3.7~5.1 m,其中储层盒8下单储系数最高,部署水平井更优,且有效储层厚度的界限值为5.4 m;③若销售气价补贴能提高0.1元/m^(3),预测直井、水平井开发的有效储层厚度下限可分别平均下降0.9 m、0.6 m。结论认为:各层系有效储层厚度极限研究能较好地指导气田产能建设。In order to improve the vertical producing degree of geological reserves in multi-layer gas reservoirs,determine the unit reserve factor in each layer,and guide the development-well deployment,one tight gasfield in western China was taken as an example.And based on well-building investment,production index,and operation data,the minimum economic recoverable reserves corresponding to the internal rate of return(IRR)of 6%were evaluated from the perspective of economic benefit by means of a dynamic method.Then,combined with development-well pattern and recovery factor in the study area,the economic limit of effective thickness in multi-layer gas reservoirs was calculated.In addition,for an efficient development of each layer,the limit value was evaluated.Results show that(1)the minimum economic recoverable reserves,which may be affected by well-building investment,gas sale price,and production cost,are positively correlated with investment and cost whereas negatively with gas price;(2)the"multi-layer commingled production"by vertical-well mode can increase single-well reserve producing degree better.Under current economic condition,the minimum effective reservoir thickness by vertical-well development mode is 7.4 m,and 3.7-5.1 m for horizontal-well mode.The unit reserve factor of Lower Shihezi 8 Member is the highest,the horizontal-well mode is more suitable here,its minimum effective reservoir thickness is 5.4 m;and(3)if the subsidy of gas sale price can be increased by 0.1 yuan/m^(3),it is predicted that the minimum effective reservoir thickness of both vertical-well and horizontal-well modes can be decreased by 0.9 m and 0.6 m on average,respectively.In conclusion,the study on the minimum effective reservoir thickness can better guide the productivity construction for gasfields.
