摘  要:[目的/意义]数字图书馆知识服务能力评价忽略了数字图书馆在知识服务的过程中产生的价值,引入知识链理论,为数字图书馆知识服务实现知识增值的目标提供指导。[方法/过程]基于45篇相关文献资料的质性分析,从过程能力和能力价值两个方面构建由2个一级指标、8个二级指标和23个三级指标的数字图书馆知识服务能力评价体系,运用专家调查法和网络分析法(ANP)确定指标权重。[结果/结论]基于横向和纵向对比分析,知识服务过程能力更注重知识获取能力,能力的产出价值更重视面向服务应用的价值和质量维度的价值。[Purpose/significance] Although existing studies on knowledge service ability evaluation of digital library focuses on the process and benefits of knowledge service, it ignores the value generated via the process of knowledge service.The theory of knowledge chain is introduced to provide guidance for the realization of knowledge increment in the knowledge service of digital library.[Method/process] Based on the knowledge flow and value flow of the knowledge chain theory, an evaluation system of knowledge service capability for digital library is proposed both by deductive and inductive reasoning from 45 selected academic papers.This evaluation system consists two parts: process capability and capability value, including 8 first-level indicators and 23 second-level indicators.Then, index weights is calculated by methods of experts survey and ANP algorithm.[Result/conclusion] From perspectives of horizontal and vertical comparative analysis, it is found that knowledge acquisition capability is the key among 4 knowledge service process capabilities;while, capability value mainly depends on the quantity, variety and quality of knowledge service products, among which quality is the most critical.
