摘　　要：钢制螺纹套具有强度高、耐磨性好等特点,是弥补铝合金内螺纹不足、修复螺纹等常用方法。采用复杂薄壁套类零件一次成形操作法,解决了钢制螺纹套多工序加工效率低的问题。Steel thread sleeve has the characteristics of high intensity and good wear resistance,which are to compensate for the insufficient thread and repairing threads in aluminum alloys.The method of one-step forming of complex thin-wall sleeve parts solves the problem of low efficiency of multi-processing steel thread sleeve.
