摘　　要：目的从中医护理角度探索5项类风湿关节炎常见适宜中医护理技术操作的关键点,为技术实践和科研优化提供科学依据。方法基于文献检索和Delphi专家函询,确定类风湿关节炎常见适宜中医护理技术操作关键点及其重要程度。结果15名不同地域的中医临床护理专家和中医护理技术科研工作者参加,进行了两轮Delphi函询。专家权威系数为0.870,变异系数CV为0.000~0.241,协调系数Kendall's W分别为0.440和0.527(P<0.01)。最终构建中药熏蒸10项、艾灸12项、穴位敷贴7项、穴位注射9项、中药泡洗10项操作关键点。结论不仅可以对临床优化技术操作提供依据,为专注中医护理技术操作的科研提供线索,还可以为相关指引性文件提供框架,为今后中医护理技术的良性发展奠定坚实的基础。Objective From the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing,to explore five common and appropriate TCM nursing technical operation of rheumatoid arthritis,to provide scientific basis for technical practice and scientific research optimization.Methods Based on literature search and Delphi expert consultation,the key points and important degree of common and appropriate TCM nursing techniques for rheumatoid arthritis were determined.Results A total of 15 TCM clinical nursing experts and TCM nursing technique researchers from different regions participated in 2 rounds of expert Delphi letter consultation.The expert authority coefficient was 0.870,the coefficient of variation CV was 0.000~0.241,and the coordination coefficient Kendall's W was 0.440 and 0.527 respectively(P<0.01).Finally,10 items for TCM fumigation,12 items for moxibustion,7 items for acupoint application,9 items for acupoint injection,and 10 items for TCM soaking and washing were constructed.Conclusion These are not only provide basis for clinical optimization of technical operation,provide clues for scientific research focusing on TCM nursing technical operation,but also provide a framework for relevant guiding documents,and lay a solid foundation for the benign development of TCM nursing technique in the future.
