基于共词分析的糖尿病肾病中医护理研究热点分析

摘　　要：以CNKI、VIP、SinoMed、万方数据库为资料来源,检索糖尿病肾病中医护理的相关文献,并对检索到的文献进行筛选和聚类,发现糖尿病肾病中医护理的研究热点包括4类:耳穴贴压在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的应用、中医饮食护理在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用、穴位敷贴在早期糖尿病肾病患者中的应用、中药灌肠在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用。糖尿病肾病中医护理的相关研究取得了一定的发展,但其中还存在一些问题需要继续进行研究和探讨。Using CNKI,VIP,SinoMed,and Wanfang databases as data sources,we searched for relevant literatures on traditional Chinese medicine nursing for diabetic nephropathy,and screened and clustered the retrieved literatures.It was found that the research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for diabetic nephropathy included 4 categories:application of auricular point sticking in patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis,application of traditional Chinese medicine diet nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy,application of acupoint application in patients with early diabetic nephropathy,and application of traditional Chinese medicine enema in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Traditional Chinese medicine nursing for diabetic nephropathy has made some progress,but there are still some problems that need to be studied and discussed.
