摘  要:环境污染正威胁着人类的健康,而孕期为污染物产生神经毒性的“窗口期”。研究已表明,孕期重金属(铅、汞、镉)暴露可影响子代的神经发育。现有数据表明,铅、汞、镉等金属可能会直接通过激素损伤、分子变化、氧化应激和DNA甲基化等途径影响妇女生殖系统,从而损害生育、妊娠及其结局。随着工业化的到来,过多的职业暴露可能产生许多广泛的影响,例如子宫内生长迟缓、胎儿畸形、早产(PTB)、认知发育和免疫功能异常。本文就孕期重金属(铅、汞、镉)暴露与子代认知-运动的相关性、发病机制作简要综述,为探讨其可能的生物学机制及避免不良妊娠结局提供理论依据。Environmental pollution is threatening human health.Pregnancy is the"window period"when pollutants produce neurotoxicity.Evidences have shown that exposure to heavy metals(lead,mercury,and cadmium)during pregnancy can affect offspring neurodevelopment.With the arrival of industrialization,excessive occupational exposure may have many wide-ranging effects,such as intrauterine growth retardation,fetal malformation,premature birth(PTB),and abnormal cognitive development and immune function.This paper briefly reviews the relationship between heavy metal(lead,mercury,and cadmium)exposure during pregnancy and cognition-movement of offspring,and the pathogenesis,so as to provide theoretical basis for exploring its possible biological mechanism and avoiding adverse pregnancy outcomes.
