超长延时法处理静脉肾盂造影双肾不显影者

摘　　要：目的探讨静脉肾盂造影(IVP)双肾不显影患者的解决办法。方法收集广州医科大学附属第二医院2018年1月至6月共15例22~55岁IVP检查30 min后双肾仍不显影的患者,男性9例,女性6例,采取延时法,分别延时60 min、120 min及最大420 min,观察双肾显影情况。结果15例双肾不显影患者经过处理后都得到显影,其中4例解除腹带后很快双肾显影,3例在检查台上俯卧1~3 min后双肾显影,2例延时60 min后显影,3例延时120 min后双肾显影,3例延时6~7 h后显影。结论对于IVP检查部分双肾不显影的患者,可以采取延时法,甚至可嘱患者下午再来超长延时复查,基本都能获得显影效果。Objective To explore the solutions for patients with no development of intravenous pyelography(IVP)on both kidneys.Methods Fifteen 22-55 years old patients with no development on both kidneys 30 min after IVP at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January to June,2018 were collected,including 9 males and 6 females,and took delayed treatment for 60,120,and 420 min,and the development on their both kidneys was observed.Results All the 15 patients got development on both kidneys;among which,4 got it not long after removing their abdominal bands,3 cases after lying in prone position on the examination tables for 1-3 minutes,2 after 60 minutes'delay,3 after 120 minutes'delay,and 3 after 6-7 hours'delay.Conclusion For some patients who don't develop in IVP,ultra-long delayed photography can be taken with the patients'consent,or we can even ask the patients to come back to the hospital for reexamination in the afternoon,and almost all will develop.
