基于七元瓜环衍生物的毛细管气相色谱柱的制备及分离性能研究

摘  要:合成了4-乙烯苄氧基七元瓜环并与端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷一起作为固定相,溶胶-凝胶法制备了柱长10 m的石英毛细管气相色谱柱。该色谱固定相的平均极性为121,柱效为1231 N/m。该色谱柱具有良好的分离重复性,日内精密度的相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)小于0.14%,日间精密度的RSD小于0.33%,不同色谱柱之间重复性的RSD小于0.65%。该色谱柱对芳香位置异构体、正构烷烃、酯类、酮类、醇类以及Grob试剂的混合物均具有良好的分离选择性。A 10 m quartz capillary gas chromatographic column was prepared by sol-gel method with 4-ethylbenzoxy cucurbit[7]uril and hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane as stationary phase.The average polarity of the stationary phase was 121,and the column efficiency was 1231 plates/m.The homemade column exhibited good separation repeatability,its relative standard deviation(RSD)of intra-day was less than 0.14%,inter-day precision was less than 0.33%,and the RSD of reproducibility between columns was less than 0.65%.The column has good selectivity for the separation of aromatic isomers,n-alkanes,esters,ketones,alcohols and mixtures of Grob reagents.
