摘  要:从物料产生破坏滑移的源头分析,创新提出一种实现取料机精准取料的思路。创建了取料深度和精准取料的数学模型,揭示了精准取料量和俯仰机构拉力的关系,阐述精准取料的具体实施路径,通过控制俯仰缠绕角度变化量来实现精准取料。整个分析过程为取料机精准取料控制提供重要的理论指导。Based on the source analysis of material failure and slippage,a new idea is proposed to realize theprecise reclaiming of the reclaimer.In order to analyze the relationship between the precise reclaiming and the force of luffing system,the mathematical model between the depth of reclaiming,the weight of reclaimer and the force of luffing system is described.The implementation path of precise reclaiming is discussed,precise reclaiming can be realized by controlling the force of the luffing system and the angle variation of twine.The whole analysis process provides an important theoretical guidance for the accurate control of the reclaimer.
