摘  要:目的:探究低能量激光治疗女性型脱发的有效性及安全性。方法:将90例女性型脱发患者随机分为三组:低能量激光组(A组)、5%米诺地尔组(B组)和联合治疗组(C组),低能量激光组采用650nm、5mW治疗参数的家用头盔式仪器,米诺地尔组外用5%米诺地尔治疗,联合治疗组同时使用低能量激光头盔与外用5%米诺地尔,治疗周期为6个月。记录治疗前后头发密度、直径和头皮油脂分泌情况。结果:试验中未出现严重不良反应,各组治疗后毛发密度、直径均有明显改善,联合组疗效优于其他两组(P<0.05);低能量激光组和联合组在降低头皮油脂度上优于米诺地尔组(P<0.05)。结论:低能量激光是一种安全有效的治疗女性型脱发的疗法,联合使用米诺地尔时生发疗效更佳。Objective This study was conducted in order to study the safety and efficacy of Low-level laser therapy(LLLT)in the treatment of female pattern hair loss(FPHL).Methods 90 Ludwig’s typeⅡ-ⅢFPHL patients were randomly divided into 3 groups:LLLT group(A group),5%minoxidil group(B group)and combination group(C group).Each Patient of LLLT group was given a laser device,which is equipped with 5mW laser diode source(650 nm)arrays.Patients of combination group used both laser device and 5%minoxidil.The study continued 6 months and hair density,hair diameter and scalp oil-secretion were detected to evaluate the treatment effect.Results No side effects were reported.Significantly improvement of hair density and hair diameter were observed in all groups of FPHL.The effectiveness of reducing oil-secretion in LLLT group and combination group was higher than minoxidil group(P<0.05).For improving hair diameter and hair density,combination group was better than other two groups.Conclusion LLLT is a safe and effective treatment for FPHL.Besides,LLLT can significantly improve its efficacy when used in combination with 5%minoxidil.
