摘  要:为了给培育抗新型冠状病毒感染的中药复方中国专利申请提供数据支持,同时开拓新的中药复方设计思路,本文搜集了2020年以来的抗新冠中药复方中国专利申请数据。通过复杂网络分析可得,Ⅰ和Ⅱ类组方分别由甘草、金银花、藿香、连翘和黄芪构成,Ⅲ类组方由三叉苦、胜红蓟、天胡荽、柏子仁、翻白草、小龙胆草、松毛尖、紫苏、苦丁茶、芦荟、母菊和水飞蓟经排列组合形成36种中药复方。以复杂网络分析其组方规律,38种组方为抗新冠中药的复方中国专利设计提供了一种新的思路。同时,以国家知识产权局起草的《中药领域发明专利审查指导意见(征求意见稿)》对其进行了可专利性分析。To provide data support for the development of Chinese medicine preparations against SARS-CoV-2, the patents about traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) prescription for anti-SARS-CoV-2 from 2020 were collected through complex network analysis. It can be obtained that the class Ⅰ and Ⅱ prescription are composed of Gancao, Jinyinghua, Huoxiang, Lianqiao and Huangqi respectively, and the class Ⅲ is composed of Sanchaku, Shenghongji, Tianhusui, Boziren, Fanbaicao, Xiaolongdancao,Songmaojian, Zisu, Kudingcha, Luhui, Muju and Shuifeiji to 36 preparations, after running through the Chinese medicine in every possible combination. By using complex network to analyze the rule of prescription, the 38 kinds of prescription provide a new idea for the compound design of anti-SARSCoV-2 and a new way for the study of the compatibility of TCM compounds. Then, patentability analysis on 38 preparations is proceeding based on the draft rules issued by the China National Intellectual Property Administration(CNIPA).
