活血止痛壮骨汤联合康复训练用于桡骨远端骨折术后效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察活血止痛壮骨汤联合康复训练用于桡骨远端骨折术后患者的临床疗效。方法:选取80例桡骨远端骨折术后患者,按照随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,每组40例。2组均行切开复位内固定术治疗,术后给予注射用头孢呋辛钠抗感染。对照组术后给予康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用活血止痛壮骨汤治疗。2组均干预6个月。比较2组术后骨折愈合时间、腕关节消肿时间;比较2组治疗前后疼痛程度、术前及术后不同时段桡骨骨密度、术后6个月腕关节功能;比较2组不良反应发生率。结果:观察组术后骨折愈合时间和腕关节消肿时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月、3个月、6个月,2组桡骨骨密度均较术前增高(P<0.05),观察组桡骨骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组腕关节功能优良率为92.5%,高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.5%,对照组不良反应发生率为7.5%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:活血止痛壮骨汤联合康复训练治疗桡骨远端骨折术后患者,可减轻疼痛,增强骨密度,缩短术后骨折愈合时间、腕关节消肿时间,改善腕关节功能,且安全性高。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Zhitong Zhuanggu tang combined with rehabilitation training for patients after operation for distal radius fracture. Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients after operation for distal radius fracture were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. After operation,the control group was treated with cefuroxime sodium for injection combined with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was additionally treated with Huoxue Zhitong Zhuanggu tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were intervened for six months. The postoperative fracture healing time and wrist deswelling time were compared between the two groups;the pain degree before and after treatment,the bone mineral density of radius at different periods before and after operation,and wrist function in six months after operation were compared between the two groups;the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The postoperative fracture healing time and wrist deswelling time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). In one, three and six months after operation respectively,the bone mineral density of radius in the two groups was increased when compared with that before operation(P<0.05),and the bone mineral density of radius in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). In six months after operation,the superior rate of wrist function was 92.5% in the observation group, higher than that of 75.0% in the control group(P<0.05).
