温胞饮联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温胞饮联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床疗效。方法:将76例多囊卵巢综合征患者按随机数字表法分为2组各38例。对照组予克罗米芬治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上予温胞饮内服。2组均治疗4个月经周期。比较2组卵泡发育和卵巢体积、激素水平、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组卵泡最大直径、卵巢体积以及血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)水平分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且2组间以上各指标比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组均优于对照组。临床疗效总有效率观察组92.11%,对照组71.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温胞饮联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的疗效确切,且可有效改善卵巢体积和性激素水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenbao yin combined with clomiphene citrate for polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods:A total of 76 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate,and the observation group was additionally treated with the oral administration of Wenbao yin based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four menstrual cycles. Follicular development, ovarian volume, hormone levels and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results:In the two groups,when compared maximum follicular diameter,ovarian volume and levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2) and luteinizing hormone(LH)before treatment with those after treatment, differences being significant(P<0.01), and the indexes above in the observation group were better than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.01). The total clinical effective rate was 92.11% in the observation group and 71.05% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Wenbao yin combined with clomiphene citrate has a defined curative effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,and can effectively improve ovarian volume and sex hormone levels.
