摘　　要：对毛德西教授治疗高血压的常用三味方进行释义。二叶降压汤、小天麻钩藤饮、却瘀导滞散、双枝除痹汤、头痛三味方、高血压粉剂为毛德西教授治疗高血压常用三味方。二叶降压汤由杜仲叶、霜桑叶、怀牛膝组成,用于高血压之上实下虚证;小天麻钩藤饮由天麻、钩藤、石决明组成,是治疗肝风上扰、络脉不通首选药;却瘀导滞散由茺蔚子、怀牛膝、川牛膝组成,可起到上病下治、清头明目、通窍活血的效果;双枝除痹汤由豨莶草、桑枝、桂枝组成,共奏疏通经络、祛风除痹之效;头痛三味方由茺蔚子、蔓荆子、决明子组成,共行清肝明目、疏风活血、清利头目之效;高血压粉剂由天麻粉、三七粉、决明子粉组成,用于高血压及脑梗死有瘀血指征者。This paper explains Professor MAO Dexi’s commonly used Sanwei prescription for hypertension. Erye Jiangya tang, Xiaotianma Gouteng yin, Queyu Daozhi powder, Shuangzhi Chubi tang, Toutong Sanwei prescription and hypertension powder are the commonly used Sanwei prescription for the treatment of hypertension by Professor MAO Dexi.Erye Jiangya tang, composed of Folium Eucommiae, Folium Mori and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, is applied for hypertension with upper excess and lower deficiency syndrome;Xiaotianma Gouteng yin, composed of Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis and Concha Haliotidis,is the first choice for treating liver wind harassing the upper body and blockage of collateral vessel;Queyu Daozhi powder,composed of Fructus Leonuri,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Radix Cyathulae, can play a role in treating disease in the upper body from the lower one, clearing head wind and improving vision,unblocking the orifices and activating blood;Shuangzhi Chubi tang,composed of Herba Siegesbeckiae,Ramulus Mori and Ramulus Cinnamomic,plays a role in dredging meridians,dispelling wind and eliminating bi;Toutong Sanwei prescription,composed of Fructus Leonuri,Fructus Viticis and Semen Cassiae,plays a role in clearing liver heat and improving vision,scattering wind and invigorating blood as well as clearing head and eyes;hypertension powder,composed of Rhizoma Gastrodiae powder, Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng powder and Semen Cassiae powder, is applied for hypertension and cerebral infarction with blood stasis indication.
