摘　　要：介绍王书臣教授从肺肾论治过敏性鼻炎的经验。王书臣教授认为肾精不足,肾阳亏虚,肺卫不固是过敏性鼻炎的关键病机;久病肝郁气滞,气机不畅是过敏性鼻炎的重要病机;风邪犯鼻是过敏性鼻炎的重要诱因。治疗多从肺肾出发,温肾阳,益精气,固肺卫,通鼻窍;兼顾调畅气机,疏肝解郁,搜风通络,祛风散邪以通窍。This paper introduces the experience of Professor WANG Shuchen in treating allergic rhinitis from lung and kidney.Professor WANG Shuchen believes that insufficiency of kidney essence,kidney yang deficiency and insecurity of lung-wei are the key mechanisms of allergic rhinitis;liver depression and qi stagnation and inhibited qi movement due to chronic disease are the important mechanisms;wind pathogen invading noses is an important cause.Often starting from lung and kidney,the treatments include warming kidney yang,replenishing essential qi,consolidating lung-wei,as well as clearing nose orifices,and combine with regulating qi movement,soothing liver and relieving depression,searching wind and clearing collaterals,and dispelling and dispersing wind to clear orifices.
