摘  要:为研究某100000 m3浮顶原油储罐浮顶排水系统失效的原因,应用ANSYS有限元软件建立了与实际情况相符的浮顶排水系统有限元模型,对排水系统底部支座加强板与罐底焊缝的应力强度进行分析。在考虑浮盘可能发生晃动的极端工况下,分别计算了5 m、10 m、15 m和20 m液位下排水系统的位移和加强板与罐底焊缝应力。基于JB/T 4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准(2005年确认)》,通过线性化处理,得到加强板不满焊模型焊缝截面的薄膜应力、弯曲应力以及一次应力加二次应力。计算结果表明,在液位高度5 m,浮盘发生x方向0.1 m平移时,加强板内圈焊缝会因为应力过大而失效,加强板外圈焊缝随后发生强度失效,即整个加强板焊接强度失效,焊缝撕裂。In order to study the reasons for the failure of the floating roof drainage system of a 100000 m^(3) floating roof crude oil storage tank,ANSYS finite element software was used to establish a finite element model of the floating roof drainage system that is consistent with the actual situation.The stress intensity of the weld of the reinforcement plate and the bottom of the tank was analyzed.Considering the extreme conditions that the floating plate may shake,the displacement of the drainage system and the weld stress of the reinforcement plate and the bottom of the tank at a liquid level of 5 m,10 m,15 m and 20 m were calculated respectively.Based on JB/T 4732—1995"Steel Pressure Vessels——Design by Analysis(Confirmed in 2005)"and by linearization treating,the film stress,bending stress,and primary stress plus secondary stress of the weld cross section of the reinforcement plate incomplete welding model were obtained.The calculation results show that when the liquid level is 5 m and the floating plate is translated by 0.1 m in the x direction,the weld on the inner ring of the reinforcement plate will fail due to excessive stress,and the weld on the outer ring of the reinforcement plate will subsequently have strength failure,that is,the entire reinforcement plate fails and the weld is torn.
