摘  要:介绍了带半管夹套设备的计算方法。对标准规格的半管,可以按照HG/T 20582—2011《钢制化工容器强度计算规定》求取系数K进行半管夹套设备的强度核算。对非标规格的半管,可以采用有限元分析软件ANSYS求取K值。半管内为负压时,壳体的应力值与半管内为等值正压时的应力值相同,仅方向相反。不考虑温差应力时,最大应力位置为半管和壳体焊缝的内根部,在按照HG/T 20582—2011计算的半管极限载荷下,该部位应力裕量小,若半管中为高温加热介质,该部位应力校核甚至不合格,从而使设备极限载荷能力降低。当壳体内介质温度与半管内介质温度相差过大时,温差应力的影响不能忽略,最大应力出现在靠近筒壁下缘的半管进出口位置,在按照HG/T 20582—2011计算的半管极限载荷下,此处应力校核不合格,故应避免温差过大的工况出现。The calculation method of half-pipe jacket equipment was introduced.For half-pipes of standard specifications,the K value can be calculated according to HG/T 20582—2011“Regulations for Strength Calculation of Steel Chemical Containers”for the strength calculation of the half-pipe jacket equipment.For non-standard half-pipes,the finite element analysis software ANSYS can be used to calculate the K value.When the pressure is negative in the half-pipe,the stress of the shell is equal to the positive pressure in the half-pipe but only in the opposite direction.When the temperature difference stress is not considered,the maximum stress position is the inner root of the weld of the half-pipe and the shell.Under the limit load of the half-pipe calculated according to HG/T 20582—2011,the stress margin of this part is small.If the high-temperature heating medium is in the half-pipe,the stress check of this part is even unqualified,which reduces the limit load capacity of the equipment.When the temperature of the medium in the shell differs too much from the temperature of the medium in the half-pipe,the influence of the temperature difference stress cannot be ignored.The maximum stress occurs at the inlet and outlet of the half-pipe near the lower edge of the cylinder wall.Under the limit load of the half-pipe calculated according to HG/T 20582—2011,the stress check here is unqualified.Working conditions with excessive temperature differences should be avoided.
