摘 要:为了研究污泥在双轴螺旋桨叶干燥机内的干燥过程,运用FLUENT软件进行数值模拟,分析干燥过程中干燥机内部污泥含水率分布特征。以出口污泥平均含水率为指标,通过多相流模拟方法研究桨叶轴转速和进料速度对双轴螺旋桨叶干燥机干燥性能的影响规律。根据模拟结果得出结论,污泥平均含水率沿干燥机长度方向不断下降,下降规律为先加速下降再匀速下降,最后减速下降;出口污泥平均含水率随着干燥机桨叶轴转速的加快而增大,随着进料口污泥进料速度的增大而增大。In order to study the drying process of the sludge in the twin-shaft propeller dryer,FLUENT software was used for numerical simulation to analyze the distribution characteristics of the sludge moisture content inside the dryer during the drying process.Taking the average moisture content of the outlet sludge as an indicator,the influence of the speed of the blade shaft and the feed speed on the drying performance of the twin-shaft propeller dryer was studied by multiphase flow simulation.The simulation concludes that the moisture content of sludge continues to decrease along the length of the dryer,the law of decline is that it first accelerates down,then decreases at a constant speed,and then decelerates down.The average moisture content of the outlet sludge increases with the rotary speed increase of the dryer blade shaft and the feed rate increase of the sludge at the feed inlet.
