摘  要:文章以医用二氧化碳中一氧化碳、总硫化物两种杂质为例,使用欧洲药典中提供的两种不同的检测方法对杂质进行测定。对比结果表明,色谱、光谱等仪器类方法的杂质检出限更低,重复性和中间精密度也更好。气体检测管系统操作简单、用气量少,适用于对检测限等要求不高的检测需求。仪器法和检测管法都是实用的医用二氧化碳中杂质的检测手段,可根据需求选用不同的方法实施检测。The article takes two impurities carbon monoxide and total sulfide in medical carbon dioxide as examples,and uses two different detection methods provided by the European Pharmacopoeia to determine the impurities:carbon monoxide uses gas chromatography with a hydrogen flame ionization detector and gas detection tube method,total sulfide use ultraviolet fluorescence total sulfur analysis method and gas detection tube method.The comparison results show that the impurity detection limits of instrumental methods such as chromatography and spectroscopy are lower,and the repeatability and intermediate precision are also better.The gas detection tube system is simple to operate and uses less amount of gas,which is suitable for detection requirements that do not require high detection limits.The instrument method and the detection tube method are both practical means of detecting impurities in medical carbon dioxide,and different methods can be selected to implement the detection work according to the needs of customers.
