摘  要:针对2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢焊接接头热影响区的粗晶区(CGHAZ)中再热裂纹问题,通过热模拟试验筛选出合适的热模拟工艺,获得与实际焊接CGHAZ相似的材料;采用高温应力松弛试验,研究CGHAZ中的再热开裂行为,通过对试验结果分析并结合前人研究经验,发现可用临界断裂松弛应变作为2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢焊接接头CGHAZ再热开裂判据。The problem of reheat cracking in the welding joint CGHAZ of 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V steel was taken as the research object.Thermal simulation test was applicated to obtain the material similar to the actual welded joint CGHAZ.The reheat cracking behavior and regularity of CGHAZ were studied by high temperature stress relaxation test,Through the analysis of the test results and combined with the previous research experience,it is found that the critical fracture relaxation strain can be used as the reheat cracking criterion of 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V steelwelded joint.
