摘 要:建立一种超声波萃取-气相色谱质谱法同时测定环境空气颗粒物中半挥发性有机物的方法。样品用正己烷、丙酮超声波萃取,萃取液经无水硫酸钠干燥后,氮吹浓缩,用气相色谱质谱法进行分析。29种半挥发性有机物的质量浓度在各自线性范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.992,检出限为0.03~0.15 ng/m^(3)。除萘外,其它组分加标回收率为74.8%~142%,6次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于10%。该方法具有很高的灵敏度,适用于定环境空气颗粒物中半挥发性有机物的测定。The semi-volatilization organic compounds(SVOCs)in ambient air particles was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)after ultrasonic extraction.The sample was extracted through ultrasonic extraction with acetone and hexane,the extract was dried by anhydrous sodium sulfate and concentrated by nitrogen blowing,and was analyzed by GC-MS.The linear relationship between the mass concentration of 29 SVOCs and the peak area was good,the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.992,and the detection limits were 0.03-0.15 ng/m^(3).Except naphthalene,the recovery of SVOCs ranged from 74.8%to 142%,the relative standard deviation of 6 determination results was less than 10%.This method has high sensitivity and can be used for the determination of semi-volatile organic compounds in ambient air particles.
