摘  要:通过水热法制备核壳结构的氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))包裹钛酸铜钙(CCTO)填料CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3),并采用原位聚合法合成出聚酰亚胺(PI)/CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3)复合薄膜。通过红外光谱仪、激光粒度分布仪、扫描电子显微镜对复合薄膜进行表征,对复合薄膜的介电性能、力学性能、热稳定性进行测试,研究填料CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3)含量对复合薄膜结构与性能的影响,进一步探究PI/CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3)薄膜与PI/CCTO薄膜的差异。结果表明,CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3)在PI基体中有较好的分散性,当CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数为10%时,介电常数显著提高至6.95。与相同CCTO含量PI/CCTO薄膜相比,PI/CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3)复合薄膜的介电常数增加,介电损耗降低,力学性能和热稳定性均得以改善。A layer of aluminium oxide(Al_(2)O_(3))was coated on the surface of copper calcium titanate(CCTO)by hydrothermal method that could fabricate CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3).The composite films of polyimide(PI)/CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3) were prepared by in-situ polymerization.The composite films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,laser particle size analyzer,scanning electron microscope,and their mechanical properties,dielectric properties,and thermal stability were tested.The effects of CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3) content on the structures and properties of films were studied and the difference between PI/CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3) and PI/CCTO films were researched.The results show that CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3) disperses evenly in PI matrix.When the content of CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3) is 10%,the dielectric constant can increase obviously to 6.95.Compared with PI/CCTO films with the same content of CCTO,the dielectric constant of PI/CCTO@Al_(2)O_(3) composite films increases,the dielectric loss decreases,and the mechanical properties and thermal stability are improved.
