摘 要:采用微纳层叠多层共挤技术,制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/聚酰胺(PA)11复合材料,实现了PA11原位成纤,研究了PA11含量对复合材料结构与性能的影响。结果表明,随着PA11含量增加,复合材料中微纤含量增大,微纤直径变小,微纤彼此缠结的倾向增大,尺寸变得均一;PA11微纤是PVDF的异相成核剂,可提高复合材料的结晶度;PA11质量分数低于15%时,PVDF相有双熔融峰现象,PA11质量分数在15%及以上时,PVDF相的双熔融峰现象消失。PA11微纤可以提高复合材料的介电常数,且PA11质量分数为10%时,复合材料的介电常数最大,达到54.21,较PVDF提高了61.53%;复合材料的介电损耗略有提高,但仍能满足使用要求;PA11微纤还可以提高复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,但使弹性模量降低。Micro-nano multilayer coextrusion technology was used to prepare poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)/polyamide(PA)11 composites and obtain PA11 in-situ micro-fiber.Effect of PA11 micro-fiber on structures and properties of PVDF/PA11 composites was researched.The results showed that with the increasing content of PA11,the content of micro-fiber increased;diameter of micro-fiber becomed slightly smaller;tendency of micro-fiber entangling each other and size uniformity increased.PA11 micro-fiber was heterogeneous nucleation agent of PVDF phase,and could improve the degree of crystallinity.When micro-fiber content was less than 15wt%,there was a double endothermic peaks of PVDF;when micro-fiber content was not less than 15wt%,the double melting peaks disappeared.PA11 micro-fiber increased dielectric constant of composites;when the content of PA11 was 10wt%,dielectric constant reached a maximum of 54.21,an increase by 61.53%;dielectric loss of composites increased,but not large enough;PA11 microfiber could improve the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites,but decreased the elastic modulus.
