摘  要:研究了纳米纤维素(NFC)的功能化制备及NFC基水相绿色涂层溶液在生物降解薄膜上的应用,将NFC用丙烯酰胺接枝改性后与纳米蒙脱土、聚乙烯醇和淀粉混合制成混合涂层液,然后涂布在聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)/聚乳酸(PLA)膜上制备纳米阻隔薄膜。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜、水蒸气透过率仪等对阻隔膜进行全面表征。结果表明,添加一定量的改性NFC可以大大降低涂布后PBAT/PLA复合薄膜的水蒸气透过率(WVTR)以及水蒸气透过系数(WVP)(温度30℃、湿度90%条件下)。其中,最佳NFC添加量为0.2份,在此条件下复合薄膜的气体阻隔性与拉伸性能最好,WVTR降低了42.59%,WVP降低了31.11%。The functionalized preparation of nanocellulocellulose(NFC)and the application of NFC water-phase green coating solution on biodegradable films were studied.The NFC was grafted with acrylamide and then mixed with nano-montmorillonite,polyvinyl alcohol and starch to make a mixed coating solution,and then coated on PBAT/PLA membrane to prepare nano-barrier films.The barrier films were characterized by Fourier infrared spectromete,differential scanning calorimeter,scanning electron microscope and water vapor transmittance meter.The results indicate that the water vapour transmission rate(WVTR)and water vapor permeability(WVP)of PBAT/PLA composite films decrease dramatically via adding a certain amount of grafted NFC at a condition of 30℃and 90%humidity.The maximum of the optimal content of grafted NFC is 0.2 phr,showing the decreased WVTR and WVP trend of 42.59%and 31.11%,respectively.
