摘  要:为探究以生物基1,5–戊二胺为聚合单体的耐高温尼龙树脂性能,采用高温溶液聚合法,以1,5–戊二胺、对苯二甲酸、己二酸为共聚单体,制备了一种半生物基耐高温共聚尼龙聚对苯二甲酸–戊二胺/己二酸–戊二胺(PA5T/56),并与相同单体配比的石油基耐高温尼龙PA6T/66进行对比。红外光谱和核磁氢谱结果表明,成功制备了共聚尼龙PA5T/56。热性能分析结果表明,受制于PA5T/56的高分子链段分子构象不够规整原因,PA5T/56的熔点和结晶温度比相同配比组成的PA6T/66分别低了6℃和8℃,但是PA5T/56的热分解稳定性更好,成炭性更佳,热分解残炭率从PA6T/66的4.4%提高至9.2%。动态热机械分析和力学性能测试结果表明,半生物基耐高温尼龙PA5T/56与石油基耐高温尼龙PA6T/66的综合性能基本一致,具有显著的应用价值,可以广泛应用在汽车、电子电器等高耐热、高强度部件领域。In order to explore the properties of high temperature resistant nylon resin with biological 1,5-pentanediamine as polymerization monomer,a semi-biological polyamide PA5T/56 was prepared by solution polymerization using 1,5-pentanediamine,terephthalic acid and adipic acid as raw materials.PA5T/56 was compared with petroleum based high temperature resistant nylon PA6T/66 with the same monomer ratio.The results of FTIR and 1H–NMR show that PA5T/56 is successfully prepared.Thermal properties indicate that the melting point and crystallization temperature of PA5T/56 are 6℃and 8℃lower than those of PA6T/66,but the carbon residue rate of PA5T/56 increases to 9.2%,compared to 4.4%of PA6T/66.The results of dynamic thermo-mechanical analysis and mechanical properties show that the comprehensive mechanical properties of semi-biological nylon PA5T/56 are the same as the nylon resin of PA6T/66,which has significant application value,and can be widely used in the fields of high heat resistance and high strength components such as automobiles,electronics and appliances.
