摘  要:以超高分子量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)为基体,添加聚丙烯(PP)和埃洛石纳米管(HNTs),采用熔融挤出法制备了综合性能优异的PE-UHMW/PP/HNTs三元复合材料,研究了PP和HNTs含量对复合材料力学性能、热性能、表面硬度、断面形貌以及PE-UHMW晶体结构的影响。结果表明,使用PP和HNTs对PE-UHMW的综合改性效果优于仅使用PP对PE-UHMW的改性效果,扫描电镜显示HNTs在三元复合体系中分散较均匀。在PP树脂和HNTs纳米材料的协同作用下,复合材料的多项性能有显著改善。当PP质量分数为20%,HNTs质量分数为1.5%时,三元复合材料的邵氏硬度提高到71 HD,拉伸强度相比于纯PE-UHMW的拉伸强度提高了58.6%,热变形温度相比于纯PE-UHMW提高了54℃;热重分析显示,复合材料在400℃之前无明显热降解,表明复合材料具有良好的热稳定性。With ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(PE-UHMW)as the matrix,adding polypropylene(PP)and halloysite nanotubes(HNTs),the PE-UHMW/PP/HNTs ternary composites with excellent comprehensive properties were prepared by melt extrusion.The effects of different variables of PP and HNTs on the mechanical properties,thermal properties,surface hardness,section morphology and PE-UHMW crystal structure of the composites were investigated.The results show that the comprehensive modification effect of PP and HNTs on PE-UHMW is much better than that of PP alone.The scanning electron microscope observations show that HNTs are homogeneously dispersed in the ternary composites.Under the synergistic effect of PP and HNTs,many properties of the composites are significantly improved.When the PP content is 20wt%and the HNTs content is 1.5wt%,the shore hardness of the ternary composite is 71 HD,the tensile strength is 58.6%higher than that of pure PE-UHMW,and the thermal deformation temperature is increased by 54℃compared with pure PE-UHMW.In addition,the composite has no obvious thermal degradation behavior before 400℃,which exhibits excellent thermal stability.
