摘 要:基于轻薄型环保复合材料的推广与应用,探索了纤维质量分数在45%~85%的高纤维含量以及板材厚度在0.6~1.4 mm的轻薄型长竹原纤维(BF,纤维长度≥100 mm)/环氧树脂(EP)热压复合板材的力学性能及吸水性能。结果表明,随着BF含量的增加,BF/EP复合板材的拉伸和弯曲性能呈现出先提高后降低的趋势,当BF质量分数在65%时,BF/EP复合板材的弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量达到最大值,分别为272 MPa和30.245 GPa;BF/EP复合板材的吸水率随着BF含量的增加而增大,当BF质量分数从45%增至65%时,其吸水率增幅显著,当BF质量分数超过65%时,其吸水率增幅逐渐趋于平缓。随着板材厚度的增加,复合材料的拉伸性能和弯曲性能呈现出上升趋势,当板材厚度从0.6 mm增至1.2 mm时,拉伸性能和弯曲性能增幅显著;当板材厚度从1.2 mm增至1.4 mm时,拉伸性能和弯曲性能增幅减缓;随着板材厚度增加,其吸水率没有明显的增加或降低趋势。Based on the application and popularization of environmental friendly composites,the mechanical properties and water absorption properties of light and thin long bamboo raw fiber(BF,fiber length≥100 mm)/epoxy resin(EP)composite plates explored by using hot pressing process with high fiber content of 45wt%–85wt%and plate thickness of 0.6–1.4 mm were studied and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of BF content,the tensile and flexural properties of BF/EP composite plates increase first and then decrease.When BF content is 65wt%,the flexural strength and flexural modulus of BF/EP composite plates reach the maximum,which are 272 MPa and 30.245 GPa respectively.The relative mass water absorption percentage of BF/EP composite plate increases with the increase of BF content.When the BF content increases from 45wt%to 65wt%,the increase of relative mass water absorption percentage is significant.When the BF content exceeds 65wt%,the increase of relative mass water absorption percentage tends to be gentle.With the increase of the thickness of BF/EP composite plate,the tensile and bending properties of the composite show an upward trend.When the plate thickness increases from 0.6 mm to 1.2 mm,the increase of tensile and bending properties is significant,and when the plate thickness increases from 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm,the increase of tensile and bending properties slows down.With the increase of plate thickness,the relative mass water absorption percentage has no obvious increase or decrease trend.
