摘 要:以聚乳酸(PLA)为基体树脂,加入多官能团环氧基团扩链剂ADR,采用熔融共混工艺制备改性PLA用作3D打印材料,考察了扩链剂ADR用量、填充剂种类、增韧剂种类对PLA流动性及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着扩链剂ADR用量的增加,PLA的熔体流动速率下降,冲击强度和拉伸强度先提高后略微降低,当ADR用量在0.4份时材料综合性能最好。无机填料会降低扩链后的PLA熔体流动速率,其中滑石粉改性PLA的性能较好。丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯–丁二烯–苯乙烯共聚物、乙烯–乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVAC)等增韧剂可改善扩链后PLA的流动性,提高材料的冲击强度,但降低了拉伸强度。采用0.4份扩链剂ADR,10份EVAC增韧剂改性的PLA和市售3D打印用PLA性能接近。Modified polylactide(PLA)used for 3D printing was prepared by melt blending with PLA and multi-functional epoxy chain extender ADR.The effects of amount of ADR,filler and toughening agent on melt flow rate and mechanical property of PLA were studied.The results show that the melt flow rate of PLA decreases with the increase of ADR dosage,and the impact strength and tensile strength increase first and then decrease slightly.When ADR dosage is 0.4 phr,the overall performance of the material is the best.Inorganic filler can reduce the melt flow rate of PLA after chain extension,among which the talcum powder modified PLA has better performance.ABS,SBS,EVAC and other toughening agents can improve the fluidity of PLA after chain extension,improve the impact strength,but reduce the tensile strength.The performance of PLA modified with With 0.4 phr chain extender ADR and 10 phr EVAC toughening agents is similar to that of PLA used for 3D printing.
