摘 要:以退役乘用车塑料为研究对象,通过实验和Comsol模拟相结合的方式,开展乘用车塑料粒子荷电及其高压静电分离研究。首先探索了聚丙烯(PP)/聚氨酯(PUR)/聚氯乙烯(PVC),PP/丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)/PVC和PP/聚酰胺(PA)6/ABS三组典型乘用车塑料粒子在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯摩擦桶中的荷电量,得到了三组粒子的摩擦荷电量。进而基于Comsol对粒子在两级高压静电场分布特性、粒子在电场中的运动特性进行了仿真分析,发现粒子荷电量越大,受电场力影响越大,轨迹偏移越明显。此外,通过模拟得出三组混合粒子最优分选参数,可为下一步开展粒子分选实验及开发车用聚合物粒子摩擦荷电分离设备提供参考。With the retired passenger car plastics as the research object,through the combination of experiment and Comsol simulation,the passenger car plastic particles charged and high voltage electrostatic separation were carried out.Firstly,the charge quantity of three groups of plastics particles in PP/PUR/PVC,PP/ABS/PVC and PP/PA6/ABS in PMMA friction bucket was explored,and the friction charge quantity of three groups of plastics particles was obtained.Furthermore,based on Comsol,the distribution characteristics of particles in the two-stage high-voltage electrostatic field and the movement characteristics of particles in the electric field were simulated and analyzed.It is found that the larger the particle charge is,the more affected by the electric field force is,and the more obvious the trajectory deviation is.In addition,the optimal separation parameters of three groups of mixed particles are obtained through simulation,which can provide reference for the particle separation experiment and the development of friction charged separation equipment for vehicle polymer particles.
