摘 要:以汽车车门塑件为主要研究对象,探究了原材料纤维含量、浇口形式、保压压力、注射压力以及熔体温度五个因素对该薄壁塑件成型翘曲的影响规律。运用Taguchi试验方法进行工艺优化,并结合单因素试验对结果进行分析。通过16组试验得到最佳参数组合为注射压力155 MPa,保压压力130 MPa,熔体温度215℃,采用4个顶部浇口+1个侧浇口的浇口形式,玻璃纤维含量为20%。结果表明该塑件的翘曲量得到明显减小,由原来的37.34 mm减小到1.883 mm,制品的质量得到显著提高。综合分析所有试验结果得出,纤维含量和浇口形式这两个因素对该车门塑件翘曲变形影响最为显著,而收缩不均是造成塑件产生翘曲变形的主要原因。The door plastic part in automobiles was taken as the research object,and the influence of fiber content,gate form,packing pressure,injection pressure and melt temperature on the forming warping of thin-wall plastic part were explored.Taguchi method was used to optimize the process,and the results were analyzed by single factor test.Through 16 groups of experiments,the best combination of parameters is obtained with injection pressure 155 MPa,holding pressure 130 MPa,melt temperature 215℃,using the gate form of four top gates and one side gate,glass fiber content 20%.The results show that the warpage of the plastic part is significantly reduced from 37.34 mm to 1.883 mm,and the quality of the product is significantly improved.Comprehensive analysis of all the test results show that the fiber content and gate form are the two most significant factors affecting the warpage of the door plastic parts,and the uneven shrinkage is the main reason for the warpage of the plastic parts.
