摘  要:针对汽车前大灯灯壳自动化注射成型生产的需要,设计了一套大型热流道成型的复杂侧抽芯注塑模具。由于模具分型面较为复杂,所以定模与动模采用镶拼式结构;通过模流分析,运用2点热流道进胶,采用“热流道+冷流道+潜伏式浇口”进胶的浇注系统;根据塑件尺寸大小、侧孔与倒扣结构的特点,合理设计了多种侧向抽芯机构;根据塑件的结构以及模具元件的分布,采用“直通式水道+倾斜式水道+水井”温度控制系统,保证了塑件冷却均匀,且冷却效率高;为了整体提高模具的精度及其使用寿命,设计了精确的导向定位系统;脱模采用先复位机构,解决了推件与滑块可能干涉的问题。该模具结构设计合理,且实用性能强,在投入使用后运行良好,对同类模具有很好的参考价值。According to the needs of automatic injection molding production of automobile headlamp shell,a set of complex side core pulling injection mold for large hot runner molding is designed.Because the parting surface of the die is complex,the fixed die and moving die adopt inlaid structure.Through moldflow analysis,the gating system of“hot runner+cold runner+latent gate”is adopted.According to the size of plastic parts and the characteristics of side hole and reverse buckle structure,a variety of lateral core pulling mechanisms are reasonably designed.According to the structure of plastic parts and the distribution of mold elements,the temperature control system of“straight water channel+inclined water channel+water well”is adopted to ensure uniform cooling of plastic parts and high cooling efficiency.In order to improve the precision and service life of the die as a whole,an accurate guiding and positioning system is designed.The first reset mechanism is adopted for demoulding,which solves the problem of possible interference between the push part and the sliding block.The die has reasonable structural design and strong practical performance.It runs well after being put into use.The design has a good reference value for similar dies.
