摘  要:针对具有多角度倒扣结构的复杂异形孔弯管类塑件不容易脱模的问题,设计了组合式滑块抽芯机构。模具中大异形孔弯管的抽芯采用了双向对侧抽芯机构,该抽芯动作分为两步完成,第一步,弯管内部抽芯由油缸控制的摆杆驱动滑块沿弧形滑道运动完成;第二步,弯管外部竖直段抽芯则由油缸控制的拉杆驱动滑块沿线型滑道运动完成。塑件结构中的易变形侧立板部分的脱模采用顶针辅助抽芯机构,即滑块在拨块驱动下抽芯的同时,由顶针顶着塑件以避免侧立板胶位被拉出,从而顺利解决了异形孔弯管塑件不易脱模的问题。模具结构布局合理,抽芯机构动作可靠,有利于生产制造成本的降低,能为同类塑件的成型模具设计提供有益参考。Aiming at the problem that the plastics parts with complex special-shaped hole elbow with multi angle reverse buckle structure are not easy to demould,a combined slider core pulling mechanism is designed.In the die,the core pulling mechanism of large special-shaped hole elbow adopts two-way opposite side core pulling mechanism.The core pulling action is completed in two steps,the first step is that the core pulling inside the elbow is driven by the swing rod controlled by the oil cylinder,and the sliding block moves along the arc slide;in the second step,the core pulling of the external vertical section of the elbow is completed by the movement of the sliding block along the sliding path driven by the pull rod controlled by the oil cylinder.The ejector pin assisted core pulling mechanism is adopted for the demoulding of the deformable side vertical plate in the plastics part structure,that is,while the sliding block is driven to pull the core,the ejector pin presses the plastics part to prevent the rubber position of the side vertical plate from being pulled out,so as to successfully solve the problem that the plastics part of the elbow with special-shaped hole is not easy to demould.The mould structure layout is reasonable and the core pulling mechanism acts reliably,which is conducive to the reduction of production and manufacturing cost,and can provide a useful reference for the mould design of similar plastics parts.
