摘 要:分析了具有复杂内部结构的订书机上盖的结构工艺性,利用ProE模拟建模。塑件内部复杂结构,包含多个支撑加强肋板、两个铰链孔和两个功能肋板。型芯设计成组合式型芯,由一个主型芯和四个小型芯组成,四个小型芯设计成斜滑块的形式,其中斜滑块型芯与斜推杆组成内侧抽芯机构。为满足外表面精度要求,型腔采用整体式结构。模具浇口采用了潜伏式浇口设计,不但能够保证塑件表面质量,还便于塑件与浇注系统凝料自动分离。模具内部结构清晰精准,脱模时塑件由推杆、拉料杆和斜顶杆共同推出,脱模容易,能够满足多数内部结构复杂的订书机上盖塑件的注塑要求。The structural processing of stapler cover with complex internal structure is analyzed and ProE simulation is used for modeling.The complex inner surface includes a plurality of supporting rib plates,two hinge holes and two function ribbed plates.Core is designed as the combination type core,composed of a main core and four small cores,four small cores are designed into inclined sliding block.Inner core pulling mechanism is composed of oblique slide core and oblique push rod.In order to meet the requirements of outer surface precision,the cavity adopts integral structure.The mold gate adopts a latent gate design,which not only guarantees the surface quality of the plastic parts,but also allows the plastic parts to be separated from the cold plastics of the pouring system.When the plastics parts are demoulding,they are jointly pushed by the push rod,the pull rod and the inclined ejector.The internal structure of the mold is clear and accurate,and it is easy to demould.The design can meet the requirements of injection molding of most stapler upper covers with complex internal cavity structures.
