张机男科证治理论探析

摘　　要：《伤寒杂病论》确立了辨证论治的中医特点,书中对40多种疾病给出了从病因到治疗到预后的完整方案,完善详尽,严谨精练。其中对男科相关疾病的论述体现了张机的男科治病思想:谨守病机,辨证论治;男科证候,虚损常见;虚损证治,健脾益气;男科证治,补肾为重;小便不利,治在气化;男性不育,补肾填精;久病入络,活血化瘀。其证治思想对当代男科学有重要指导意义。Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases(《伤寒杂病论》)by Zhang Ji determines the characteristics of treatment by differentiation of syndromes in TCM.The book gives a complete and rigorous plan for more than 40 diseases from etiology to treatment to prognosis.Among them,the discussion of male-related diseases reflect Zhang Ji’s andrology thoughts on disease treatment.He adheres to the pathogenesis and treats by differentiation of syndromes.He puts forward the deficiency syndrome is common in male diseases.He focuses on fortifying the spleen and tonifying Qi(气)in deficiency syndrome.When treating andrology diseases,he pays attention to tonify the kidney and values Qi transformation for treating unfavorable urination.He tonify the kidney essence to treat male infertility.He makes good use of the method of activating blood and removing blood stasis,when diseases entered into meridians.His thoughts on syndrome management have important guiding significance for contemporary andrology.
