中医综合疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究中医综合疗法治疗在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛患者的治疗当中的应用效果以及应用价值。方法:选取云南省大理白族自治州弥渡县中医医院接收的100例冠心病心绞痛患者,本次试验研究的时间范围为2016年8月31日-2019年8月31日,采用抽签分组法将其分为中医治疗组与西医治疗组,中医治疗组患者采用中医综合疗法治疗,西医治疗组则给予常规的西医治疗,将两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后西雅图心绞痛量表各维度、不良反应发生率、中医证候积分(胸痛、心悸、气短、头晕耳鸣)、实验室检查指标(全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积)进行比较。结果:中医治疗组患者的治疗效果显著高于西医治疗组(χ^(2)=20.2500,P=0.0000)。在治疗前,两组各项维度分值对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后中医治疗组躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定程度、心绞痛发作频率、对疾病的认识优于西医治疗组(P<0.05)。中医治疗组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于西医治疗组(χ^(2)=5.0051,P=0.0252)。中医治疗组患者的中医证候积分显著低于西医治疗组患者(P<0.05)。中医治疗组患者的实验室检查指标均低于西医治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果良好,值得推广。Objective:To study efficacy of TCM comprehensive therapy on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the TCM treatment group was treated with TCM comprehensive therapy,and the western medicine group was treated with conventional western medicine.Results:Efficiency in the TCM treatment group was significantly higher(χ^(2)=20.2500,P=0.0000).After treatment,the degree of physical activity limitation,the degree of angina pectoris stability,the frequency of angina pectoris,and the understanding of the disease in the TCM treatment group were better(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the TCM treatment group was significantly lower(χ^(2)=5.0051,P=0.0252).The TCM syndrome score in the TCM treatment group was significantly lower(P<0.05).The laboratory examination index in the TCM treatment group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of TCM is effective in treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,and it is worthy of promotion.
